Area Manager - Southeast

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead regional sales, engineering, and revenue growth initiatives across the Southeast. In this role, you will oversee commercial operations and technical activities while developing strategies to expand market presence and achieve business objectives. You will work closely with regional engineers, licensees, and engineering teams to deliver innovative geotechnical design-build solutions. Combining technical expertise in soil mechanics and geotechnical construction with strong commercial leadership, you will guide project development, pricing strategies, and sales execution. You will also play a key role in developing talent, supporting new technology launches, and strengthening customer and partner relationships.
