Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and patience
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in accordance with company procedures
Support store operations by assisting with merchandising, inventory checks, and store organization
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service delivery
Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
Contribute to creating a positive shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers
