Membership Support Representative

You will serve as a key point of contact, assisting customers with account management, billing inquiries, membership changes, and technical troubleshooting. Through inbound phone calls, live chat, email, and text messages, you will help ensure a smooth and positive member experience. You will work in a fully remote, fast-paced environment, using multiple digital tools to resolve inquiries and address customer needs.
