As an Experienced Personal Lines Sales Broker, you will play a key role in helping Canadian customers find the right home and auto insurance solutions for their individual needs. You will manage incoming leads, provide tailored insurance quotes, and guide prospective clients through the sales process from initial contact to policy conversion. Working within a fast-growing insurance brokerage, you will combine your industry expertise, sales capabilities, and customer relationship skills to deliver an outstanding client experience. You will identify opportunities to generate new business, maximize customer value, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
