Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will drive business development and revenue growth across an assigned territory within the hydropower and renewable energy sector. This role combines strategic account management, customer relationship development, and commercial negotiation to achieve order intake and profitability targets. You will build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms. Working closely with internal teams, you will lead bid strategies, oversee proposal development, and negotiate contracts that align with customer needs and business objectives.
